PROJECT DESCRIPTION: New 425,000 SF, 6-story parking structure with studio exhibit space. Ground floor consists of 56,000 SF of exhibit, retail, restaurant and movie theaters. Type I concrete construction with exterior design to create grand entrance into the studio lot. New tour center is built for expansion of studio tours to accommodate over 1 million customers per year. Received LEED Certification.
