PROJECT DESCRIPTION: An 18,000 SF soundstage, constructed with 12-inch-thick tilt-up concrete wall panels supported by structural steel columns and seven 109-foot steel trusses going full width of the stage on the Warner Bros. lot. Interior work included a catwalk with dimmer rooms at each end, mechanical equipment and sound attenuation to provide zero interior noise for premium soundstage quality. Received a LEED Gold certification.
