PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
We had a successful slab pour today at Building A ground level, and the building is now ready for shoring operations and podium preparation.
Rebar installation for the Building B podium is progressing well; MEP trades are actively installing bangers for future fittings. Reinforcing work is ongoing across the podium, with the concrete pour anticipated on the 23rd.
Building C underground plumbing and electrical installations are progressing steadily. Electrical conduit installation is complete, and slurry was placed last week. Plumbing installation is nearing completion, with approximately half of the area installed inspected.
Additionally, excavation and installation of the fire water line along the north side of the project site are underway.
