PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The existing concrete and steel historic building facade underwent a complete renovation and restoration. The interior has been transformed into mixed use residential and retail, pairing with a new building to the south. The two buildings combine to be the Raymond Renaissance. It now offers twenty-eight (28) condominiums and ten (10) Stage House Lofts located in the west side of the historic theater.
