PROJECT DESCRIPTION: 450,000 SF Office Tower & Warehouse located on 7.5 acres. Scope of renovation included extensive demolition and abatement, lobby improvements, seismic upgrades, new ramp to access basement parking , new glazing systems, elevator upgrades, and all new common areas, corridors and restrooms.
