PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Ground-up construction of a 5-story, Type II steel structure, which contains 2 levels of above-grade parking and 3 levels of production offices on the CBS Studios lot. The project required integrating the contours of the site, separating the parking entrances to each level of parking to maximize the stall count. The pedestrian bridge on the 3rd floor is accessible directly from the adjacent street and leads to production offices.
