BAKERY LOFTS II

SERVING CLIENTS THROUGHOUT CALIFORNIA

Oakland, California

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: On the site once known as the home of Wonder Bread, Remar Bakery’s conversion to residential lofts was a catalyst to a neighborhood in transition. Straddling the border of Emeryville-Oakland, rehabilitation of the old bakery building in addition to three new buildings joined together by the creation of a central open-air atrium delivers distinct character and builds a sense of place for residents.
