PROJECT DESCRIPTION: New 75,000SF mixed use building with 5 levels of Type IIIA over a Type I podium deck. 78 residential units with parking and 3 retail spaces on the ground floor. Elevated patio deck and two roof deck communal spaces with views of downtown San Francisco. Double cased micropiles at foundation to isolate structure in proximity to underground BART tunnel. Design build project with extensive design coordination.
