PROJECT DESCRIPTION: 239,000 SF, six (6) story mixed-use complex consisting of two (2) levels of Type IA podium parking, ground floor retail, and four (4) levels Type VA residential above the podium. A total of one hundred fifty-two (152) apartment units with common amenity spaces, including, roof deck, courtyard lounging, a gym, and kitchen spaces.
