2918 Mission

The Mission 18 building is in San Francisco’s Mission District, located at 2918 Mission between 25th St. and 26th St. This is a new construction project building an 8 story mixed use apartment building replacing a laundromat and parking lot. The project will be constructed of Type 1A concrete metal frame for levels 1, 2, and 3, changing to Type IIIA wood framing for floor 5 through 8. The building will have 2 retail spaces on the ground floor and 75 total dwelling units.
