PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project is an 8 story, 39,500 sf, mixed use building designed by Studio KDA in partnership with IDA Engineers, BKF Engineers, and Emerald City Engineers. There will be 28 dwelling units, a ground-floor lobby, a restaurant retail space, and an 8th floor roof deck looking at one of UC Berkeley’s main entrances. The project will include five private balconies, a lockable bike room, common laundry facilities, and an additional common area on the 2nd floor. A mix of studio, 4-, 5-, and 6-bedroom units will be available for any type of student or friend group. Look out for these conveniently located apartments to hit the market in early summer of 2025.
