The Chandler Building is located at the corner of Dwight Way and Telegraph Avenue in Berkeley, CA. This project will convert the existing four-story building from Type III-B to Type I-A and add four stories of Type III-A resulting in an eight-story mixed-use residential building while maintaining the historic exterior facade. The Chandler Building will include (63) residential units and (3) commerical retail spaces at ground level.
